Removing Bezel and Crystal on my Rolex...
#11
pretty typical of Rolex. I have two friends, one with an Air-King and another with a Daytona, both had similar issues with pieces falling off the dial. Take a hammer and chisel and try prying out the crystal. Lol. Take it to an AD for repairs dude.

You can't get to it from the front, you need to open the caseback, remove the stem and crown, and decase the movement. If you have a sapphire crystal, it's pressed in with a crystal press from the front. To remove it, you have to press it out from the inside. Also, the bezel attaches to the case and has nothing to do with retention of the crystal. It's really not that hard but definitely do some research and get a set of quality tools before you get into it. By the time you pay for tools you may as well pay someone to take care of it for you.
