Clarke has wore a watch on the course for a while and as you said won the Open with the AP on. Ive played since I was 3 yo and for the life of me can't figure out how they do it. It restricts movement, messes with my balance and overall just isn't comfortable. I would suggest maybe keeping your phone or watch in your pocket bc I can't see not wearing one being this big of deal.

 

It is in fact, not such a big of deal. I just like watches so golf is as good as any reason to buy another one

I hate keeping my phone in my bag because probably when I read the time, I will see the amount of emails on my BB be tempted to open one and that will mess up my next hole 80% of the time. It also breaks my concentration.

Haven't played with a watch on since a long time, so will try with one of my quarzes to see how it affects my game. Valid comment you made.

You must play very good, if you've been playing from such an early age.
