3oclock is a minute counter for the chronograph (stopwatch) - the seconds counter for the chronograph is the long center hand that is at 12
6oclock is the hours counter for the chronograph
9oclock is a running seconds hand for time
A tachymeter is a scale that calculates speed using the chronograph and distance markers. For example if you want MPH, you start the chrono at one mile marker and stop it at the next and it will tell you how many MPH you were traveling in that mile.

The first @ 3 o'clock says "get", the second at 6 o'clock says "the *uck" and the last @ 9 o'clock says "out".
Do I need to spell that out for ya MrWatch?
