I dont think he does much in new cartier. I know when I was looking for a new Ballon de bleu for my wife he said he didnt sell Cartier. this was back in dec 2009

I have purchased both of my Cartiers (Pasha and Ballon Bleu XL) from the Cartier Store in South Coast Plaza.

Tourneau is good. They are an AD and will discount the watches.
