Patek Philippe 5970P

Gotta love it, a friend is pondering about getting one, what did they go for new? How much should he pay today? Would you guys recommend something different from PP? To me this watch is the ultimate.



5970P

This traditional chronograph with a perpetual calendar was launched with a larger case in 2004. It now comes in a new platinum version with a shiny black dial that emphasizes the timeless elegance of this characteristic 1930s- and 1940s-style Patek Philippe complication.

tough to beat a 5970...i went with the g over the p...they go for 130 to 150 USD. money in the bank...

Wow! I love it with a white dial as well. Congrats on having one of the ultimates, please share more pics if you have.

Jamie picked up a G a couple of months ago, but knowing him it has probably changed hands 4/5 times since.
