Just bought first luxury watch [Breitling SO 2010] good choice?
I just bought what I would consider my first good watch, the new 2010 Breitling Superocean on rubber with black inner bezel. I could have gotten something like an Omega Planet Ocean. Anything else I could have been looking for at this price point?

Don't second guess your purchase. I'm guessing you bought it because you like it. Breitling makes a fine watch that could/will last decades, especially solid at the price point. Wear it, enjoy it, if you get truly sick of it, trade it up or add to the collection.

There was an extremely long self-debate choosing between blue and black. I thought that perhaps black was better because it could fit into any situation as opposed to blue, and it draws attention to the silver Breitling emblem.
