I wear big watches too, the only one that does that to me is my Breitling Bentley. I never wear it anymore.

The outer forearm bone on my left arm definitely looks different than on my right

Checking in. Surpringly this developed from my Omega Speedmaster, which isn't a huge watch. I like to wear my watches a bit loose though, so I'm sure that played a part.

The deployment buckle on my PAM is what cause the callus on my wrist.

Well, this reminds me of the old saying: "Doctor, it hurts when I do this." Response: "Don't do that ."

Do you wear that one particular watch all of the time or do you alternate? Generally speaking, wounds of any kind will require some time off from the inciting stimulus in order to heal.

Have you considered either switching the watch to your other wrist to give the affected wrist some time to heal? How about wearing the watch face on the underside of your wrist for a while or every other day?

I fortunately only get the occasional itching or discoloration from my watches, but I alternate what I wear and I do not wear a watch every day (for example, I'm on vacay now and just don't keep one on!).

If the site does not look infected at all, consider adding some cortisone cream and/or Vit E cream to help heal the site and decrease inflammation.
