What's on your wrist today?

Wow that is exactly how I would have my Panda, with a F1 strap. The red stitching really work well with it.

however, i am using the panda more nowadays to test whether or not i can go through trading it + cash for a Bumblebee. has nothing to do with the panda itself though and just a thought i am having because i love the BB so much AND i have the GPC which is loaded with red .. so i have no idea yet, and would not consider it except if i had a deal in mind come through
the smooth leather vs the hornback, the red stitch, the holes, and the red underhide all make the red accents pop and change the attitude of the watch. i would definitely recommend looking into a panda with a deal/space for the strap. for price reference, it cost me $500 though through the dealer which is nuts in hindsight but worth it for pure aesthetics (imho)

I was referring to the Big pilot perpetual calendar top gun that you posted. That was was very big, and if you want the big watch look, I like the panda (with the strap you have). If you want a perpetual I would look into the "old" BP PC because I didn't realize the new ones were 48mm, and the lugs extended past your wrist a considerable amount. Or, I absolutely loved the Portuguese perpetual calendar (~43)when I tried it on, but we have different tastes as you like more of a sport look and I like a smaller, dressy look.

assuming you're talking about the Steel Big Pilot and not the perpetual. in any case, they are TOTALLY different (panda vs steel BP) and i would never consider trading because they both would make a GREAT selection.

BP is one of the most uncomfortable watches on the planet I have owned it 2 or 3 times another thing like the Daytona you dream of owning then you own it and its BLAH. The BP is like a 47mm Panerai a boring large grandfather clock...
