My long term christmas list is a titanium B&R, but I'll probably have to buy that for myself some day.

What about you, DJ? What's a popular watch among the horse racing crowd?

I picked up a couple of Lum-Tec automatics for my Christmas/return home presents; the M16 and M17. I will post pics when I get home and receive them, and again when I get the custom straps I ordered from Rob-Montana and Greg Stevens.

Here are what they look like though... M16 in SS and M17 in PVD.

Nice Lum-Tec, SoCal... Did you purchase directly from them? How long did it take to receive the watch?

I am still deployed bro. One of them has already arrived at my place in the CA, which I bought from a guy on a watch forum. The other I found at pre-sale price on some random website, and I should receive it around Christmas sometime. I will be watching Lum-Tec's site more closely from now on so I don't have to go through the hoops I did to find the watches I wanted.

That's cool man, let us know what you think of them and take lots of pictures.

Hope you have a safe return, and thank you for your service to the country!

Thanks bro; I am not in the military anymore, but thanks. I will take a bunch of pictures of the watches, straps, and key fobs I had made. My gf thinks I am crazy because I have like 8 or 10 watches, and I laugh and just say "You don't understand; it's a guy thing" to which she replies "Whatever." This coming from a girl that is never on time for anything. And she doesn't wear a watch.
