You should use a buckle, looks awful with the OEM clasp against the strap.

This. Not only for looks, but because changing will take 1/4 the time without having to fiddle with chugging out the buckle and the strap.

The strap is only set up to use with the clasp, i don't know if I could use a buckle.

In person it looks better. I'm going to put it on the all gold Daytona shortly.
