I haven't been able to try one on and just saw that its 13MM thick (saw on a random site, not sure if thats correct), but thats 1mm less than an AP ROO. Thats my hesitation. I feel like a watch of that style should be slimmer

At the very least you could sell it for the same (or a little more) than what you bought it for so it might be worth giving it a shot. It's a fantastic-looking watch.

I don't think it's thick per say, just that I was going for the thin, classic look. I fell in love with it when I put it on, but just had a different type of watch in mind. The Master geo I got was 38mmx11 IIRC.

You can find the MC online at grey market sites in the $8k's for new . The price you found is a good price, but JLC doesn't hold like rolexes, so don't think you could sell it for $10k. Plus, condition plays in as well.

yes, I know. They get killed in the secondary market. I had 1 before.

Here is the ad for the one im looking at. They actually lowered the price in the ad to 6400 but I know he will take 6k. Im not sure anymore after I tried it on today. I love it but I feel like its thicker than it should be. It made me realize I think the Explorer 2 and Daytona are the perfect sizes for me.

For some reason I am really digging the VC overseas, and I'm not a big bracelet guy. Although I really wanted a reverso tribute to be mine soon, I have another big purchase coming up

I would also pick an Overseas Dual Time over a Royal Oak or Nautilus. Partly because its much rarer and partly because it's more manly.

It's heavy. It's a hand wind isn't it? That plus the separate mini second dial would put me off but maybe you like all of those things?

I personally like the M49, similar style but none of the above issues.
