I have come very close to buying it on several occasions but when I got it on my wrist, I just didn't like it that much.
I think B & R make a great product. But it just isn't for me.

Knowledge yes Subpar for sure, once a BMW salesman told me the topspeed is not limited to 175mph and in fact it was.
They have no idea, even the whole A-Z processing doesnt feel your buying a luxury car in most places such as Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Audi it's normal.

Depends but the biggest AHOLES I've seen are Porsche sales people and BMW.

second, yeah i remember when my cousin ordered his 335ci (i think that's the model, with the single turbo), he called me to ask about the "BMW F1 system". i told him it's called SMG and it's not available for the ci, order an M3 instead (this was back years ago). i went to the AD, for the 1st time in my adult life going to BUY something from an auto AD (i don't believe in cars at list/full price), and the sales guy would INSIST until i asked him nicely for a catalogue to show him that he was wrong.
watches: the reason i did not buy my rolex yacht-master in 2007 from the AD was because i asked which serial started the inner-bezel script and he said it's been since 2005 or something and i respectfully told him no and asked if it was Z or what. did not like the attitude, so i went and got it brand new from a grey market (abdulmajeed watches in Awgaaf)
to be honest and completely blunt, my biggest issue is not the lying or sleaziness nor the lack of knowledge, it's the attitude that they are as if doing me a favour and i'm talking about those certain Arab nationalities

the indian/pakistani/filipino salespeople are much more fun to chat with and EXCELLENT to deal with. they remember you and greet you well.
