It's made from wheat, so the answer is yes.
Are you trying not to eat lately, Matt?
It would be tough to pick a favorite food but if I had to name a last meal it would be a thick slab of NY steak, salted and grilled. Potatoes au gratin done with gruyere, and a very large glass of red wine.
Or a sugar donut that's still warm.

Wrapped in bacon with a blue cheese crust and a bunch of shrimp. And some garlic potatos and greyure infused cheese bread. And a Rusty Nail.
