What's your FAVORITE food?

I hope you don't mind me reviving an old thread, but this looks too good to pass up.
I'm half Thai, so I grew up on Thai food made fresh in the kitchen. I also learned how to cook it. So Thai food is number one on my list.
I also love Italian, Japanese, Mediterranean, and just about anything spicy.
I've had Afghani, which is super exotic to the tongue.
I'm also a huge seafood fan. I make some killer tom yum kung soup. That's lemon grass shrimp soup in Engrish.

Vietnamese Sandwiches = Bahn Mi They are really good.
Some of my favorites;
Sushi - no good sushi here in Napa.
Filet Mignon, especially the butterflied filet from Bob's Steak and Chop House and the "Beef Flemintgton" from Flemings.
All types of shellfish, especially scallops, crab and shrimp
Chilean Sea Bass (Patagonian toothfish)
Homemade pasta, especially my crab ravioli with mushroom tarragon sauce
My "secret recipe" butternut squash lasagna
Chicken marsala done the right way from a good italian restaurant
Sweet Potato fries and Ahi Sandwich from Taylor's Refresher in Napa
Tommy's chili cheese burgers
Crispy style al pastor tacos from La Taqueria in San Francisco
Vanilla Ice blended from Coffee Bean
Baby Back ribs from Corky's in Memphis
Large and elaborate dim sum meal from Yank Sing in San Francisco
Chicken kababs and Tadi from a good persian restaurant - Darya in Costa Mesa is one I like
I could go on and on......

Basic foods I like:
- Vietnamese Pho
- Greek Souvlaki (Pork)
- Sushi (Genki Roll is amazing)
- A well-made Pad Thai (~2 stars max)
- Bacon-cheeseburgers at ski mountains (for some reason, they taste much better)
- Chili (with all the good stuff)
Deserts: - Nothing like a classic hot fudge sundae
- Creme brulee
- Haagen Dasz dark chocolate ice cream bars

Don't think anything can beat a nicely marbled, grilled ribeye.
Lobster, again grilled.
Authentic, not americanized, Chinese food.
Raw oysters, a few dozen at a time.
Is beer a food?
