Standard seems to fit the bill. Sub $500 a night (barely) budget and a German Beer Garden in the lobby - located near cool shops/etc - DONE and DONE.

Dude, i had no clue you lived in NYC....East Coast (in your profile) is a big place
I do work....usually 50 hours a week....its just when i need to work to get my ish done - so then i can play the rest of the time which gives the illusion of not working a lot. ....and for hte new cars all the time....Hi Kettle, I am Mr. Black. Pleasure to meet you
