No info on SA for me?
Staying in gramercy park... We are from New Orleans... As for SA, riverwalk is the only place I have stayed. Not a big fan of SA to be honest.

San Antonio is what you make of it. Not the best TX city but you can have a good time

Check out the Watermark hotel on the river walk. Top notch.

And here is a 3rd vote from another Texan. It is a toss up between El Paso and San Antonio as to which is the arm pit of Texas.

Agreed, but I am also slightly biased towards Austin.

Texans saying they hate certain cities in Texas is like someone from LA saying they hating LA. They're good places to visit, but maybe not to live in imo.
