Andaz 5th was nice in every regard with our two biggest complaints being:
1. distance to nearest subway (not bad, just not RIGHT ON TOP of it)
2. Under-decorated bed room in the hotel room (as compared to the rest of the hotel room and the rest of the hotel)
Would stay there again. The Modern might be doing something black-tie...music in the sculpture garden is always nice.

dont any of the social sites list anything? LivingSocial, etc? Heck, why not even go hunt on Facebook for some events in the area...just an idea.
