5 Day Porsche Driving Trip in Germany (pics!)

DAY #4
Today was our last day with the rental cars so we left it open for some good old fashioned diving and exploring. Look where we ended up!!!....
So in case you cant tell, the Stuttgart Meilenwerks is one of the most amazing places for any car guy to go in the world! Thousands of cars - new/used/classic/rare/race cars/etc --- they even have a hotel, a brewery, and stores with car themed items for sale. I will def be going back to this place each time i go to Germany - its incredible!!!!
So as we cruise back from Meilenwerks we decide to let the Targa 4 stretch its legs once last time on some back roads. What we found were perhaps some of the most amazing roads i have seen - smooth, no traffic, and awesome scenery.
time to drop off the car --- 600 km later --- what a fantastic car this was. Having owned a handful of Porsches in my life (a 997 C2S) i had never been in a Targa before - it was so cool. For the fall weather it worked great to have the top open and heated seats on. Two thumbs up for the look and feel of the 997.2 Targa 4.
Back at the hotel on our last night --- tired but happy. A few beers in the lobby and a nice dinner in town was a great cap to a PERFECT 5 days
We sure had fun
And when i return in April maybe one of these will be my rental???

Man that looks so awesome. I knew I should have gone, but I couldn't have made it work. What are the dates you are going in spring? I'm not sure I can go, but am still interested in trying. Thanks for sharing! Great write up and pics!!!
