Southern Europe in November (Honeymoon)
#12
Honestly, the south of France can have the occasional decent day late in the year, but it's a serious hit and miss - 50 degrees and rain there in November, like it always is, feels like minus a hundred and fifty because of the ocean. I sure wouldn't dare plan a honeymoon around it. Unless I was marrying Lindsey Vonn, in which case we wouldn't leave the room anyway so it wouldn't matter. Haven't been to Thailand but I imagine it being a lot better - that's exactly where Europeans themselves go to around that time.

Doing a skiing honeymoon could of course be an option but then I would replace Germany with France. Also there's no guarantee there will be sufficient snow for good skiing that time of year yet. Thinking about it, november might actually be the worst month of the year for Europe regardless of where lol. October would be the second worst.

Central Europe during november not being super hot is like saying Greece is not super rich or SAAB not being a super successful company

At first I thought you were confusing Switzerland with some other country but the only other country Americans usually confuse with Switzerland is Sweden and that makes even less sense.

.....who you callin 'MERICAN?What i meant was - in the right places (not higher elevations) those places in November are quite nice. I would know - i was just there in all three of those countries for 3 weeks and experienced mostly mild weather. Of course its all relative though. Cold to me is snow/hat/scarf/etc....but to you, maybe cold is when your sweedish fish dont all stick together in the pack!!
