Do you mean to acquire and build?

One can only guess.

I know for Laucala (Owned by Dietrich Mateschitz- of red bull fortune) it cost about 10M to acquire and about 30M to develop.



Branson acquired his for much less (coupe 100k).

Then again that was almost 30 yrs ago
