Hotel Trident Hilton, Gurgaon, India

My favorite place to stay in Gurgaon (New Delhi), India, when traveling on business. The archetecture is stunning, the grounds are beautiful, and the service is excellent.

Pics from a recent trip...

Arrival late at night (this is how my brain felt after the 24-hr journey from SF)...

Early the next morning, the front fountain...

View from my room...

Down to the pool (negative archecture)...

The pool...

Down a corridor...

Wow I never seen a pool this nice, it has that beach like look when you first get closer. I like the fact how the stairs are designed with the water flowing on top, such a nice hotel and thank you for sharing.

Good eye, yes - the pool's water line is flush w/ the deck... really quite an amazing look to it.

About all I have worth showing... hard to describe, but the front from the outside is less than glamourous, sort of a walled city type of structure... from the outside it is non-descript... the large dome w/ the pool-like fountain is the front entrance walkway. For some reason I didn't take any shots of my room, but was quite nice. I think it is the nicest hotel in New Delhi.

Thank you, I like your recent hotel threads. I've been to very nice hotels over the years one of my favourites are Carlton hotel in Cannes, Splendido in Portofino and San vida in palma mallorca, however since the Euro is appreciating and has a strong lead over other currencies its becoming not that tempting to travel to europe and stay at the hotels due to high rates.

Can't believe I missed this thread. Looks like a nice hotel Bij. I've never stayed anywhere but my uncles place in DLF. Did you go into Delhi at all?

Also, 24 hr journey? How long was your layover? I usually get into Delhi in 18 hrs or less.
