How do you pronounce Houston?

So far I've heard (I'll try spell these as they are said)

Hew-Ston = This appears to be the most common, with a pronounced ou making it sound like 'hew'.

'ooston = typical American dont pronounce the H (like Herb)

Who-ston = no pronounced 'hew' more like a 'who' or a 'hoo'

So, who's right?

The Hew-stin pronunciation is most common, but I have a friend from Houston, whose last name is "Houston," which she pronounces as How-stin. yet?

As far as I'm concerned, Houston (in the summertime) is pronounced "Hell on Earth."
