As carendt says, it would be helpful to know what kind of things you are into and what you plan on doing; as there are many diverse areas of the city offering a variety of options.
I fancy the Clift hotel downtown as it offers a somewhat central location from which you can walk to SoMa, Embarcadero, Noth Beach etc...
Honeymoon (if it was me) I would say for example:
Stay at the Clift, walk to North Beach and eat at Cafe de Luci (get the balognese and a bottle of the Steltzner), from there walk up to Jack Early Park (hard to find but romantic) or if you're up for something more lively, go catch a showing of Beach Blanket Babylon, cab or walk back to Clift for cocktails in the Redwood room and have the concierge put a bottle of the bubbly and some chocolate covered strawberry's in your room to surprise her.

Thanks guys....Budget... Well we were thinking the CLIFT prior to asking(not 100% sold on it though), and we have a good friend who runs a new "poshy boutique" in Napa so that's taken care of... We will most likely blow most of our "budget" in Napa stocking up the wine cellar, but definitely want eat at some amazing places...
By no means is this a "free for all" but the plan is to only have ONE honeymoon in your life (I guess 53% of the people reading this just got a chuckle) so we are not going to spend the 8 days worrying about every penny we spend...
Any Wineries Y'all suggest as well? So far Continuum and White Hall lane are the only ones we MUST visit...
Again thanks for all your help and insight

Likes and dislikes....
She has never been, so this will be part touristy, part romantic honeymoon... Dodgers are in town so that is a must! We both love to have fun and "people watch", Pier 39 and the Warf are without a doubt in the mix... Looking for a place to rent a nice vert to take a jaunt on the 1.... Just looking for stress free memories that will last a lifetime...
Would love to grab a drink with a few TSer's as well if there is time!

If you are going to ball games perhaps look into the W hotel, would be easier to walk to along with some of the good restaurants in South Beach and SoMa. Obviously some good people watching at the piers, even down by the Ferry building (some good food in there as well), Union Square is a good spot to people watch as well, but if you want something a little less obvious check out Delores Park in the Mission.
As for wineries, a couple of my favorites are Stag's Leap (not cheap) and a place up the mountain a little called Kuleto's. It's a little out of the way but by far the best winery experience I have ever had in the valley. Offers incredible views and a very intimate experience. You can call ahead and plan out a picnic just for the two of you overlooking the valley. I fancy the Sangiovese myself.
Send me a PM when the date gets close and I would be happy to meet up and buy the two of you a drink

There are hundreds of wineries to see in the Napa/Sonoma area. Most of the really good Napa wineries are now focused on small group tasting experiences with large tasting fees, require reservations and often take several hours. If that is what you are looking for, think about going to Pride, Sinskey, Hendry, Del Dotto, Paloma or Cain. If you are looking for a more casual, "winery hopping" experience, I would highly recommend going to the Dry Creek valley area of Healdsburg (located nearby in Sonoma county). Most of the Napa wine-tasting experience has become very Dineyland-ish in nature. Overcrowded, overdone and full of tour buses. The highway 12 wineries in Sonoma (just up the road from my house
) are mediocre with the exception of a few gems. The highest concentration of great wineries with a very authentic tasting experience are on Dry Creek road in Healdsburg. Excellent food as well. Remember, there are hundreds of wineries in the Napa/Sonoma area and the rest of the country is only exposed to those wines that are widely distributed. With a little exploring you can easily find $20-$30 wines that will blow away the $100 wines that are widely marketed in other parts of the country.

E... Love the idea of finding the "hidden gems"....We do have a few must see, but other than that we are open to something unique and fun... We have 1 full day and 2 1/2 days available for the Napa Valley Region, so maybe we use the 1/2's for the "big guys" and the full day to explore the area you spoke of... Any sights you recommend i check out for that region?
Again guys thank you so much, getting very excited for everything the future has planned, both near and far!

^Great suggestions on both. I have not been to Brenner Family yet, but their Cab is excellent
. Elyse is a small winery just south of Yountville, just off a little road West of the 29. They make a Syrah that retails for $35 that is outstanding, one of my absolute favorites.
