Dinner tonight

Kalgin Island King Salmon.

I can't even eat Salmon at restaurants now because if it's orange, it aint wild.

Wild salmon is actually very mild, without that farmed Salmony taste.

i've had orange salmon that is 1000% wild - but, yes, most restaurants serve farmed salmon and it's hardly worth the effort of eating it

in fact, i'd take it a step further and say that most farmed fish, which is most everythign served in a most restaurants, sucks...

I have never seen anything we get from Alaska that looks orangey yellowy, and I have tried them all.

Coho, red, Ukon king, kalgin king, white king. They all look very very red.

What kind of Salmon was it that you had that was orange and wild, I would be curious to try it.

At 22.95 a pound, that's some expensive bait.
