Well you did find one of the best restaurants here in Copenhagen and it is great. However you have to be prepared to try something different when you eat there ;o)

Anyway....sounds like you had a nice time ;o)

after drinking stuff like this in France & Spain for 200 euros/bottle, i rarely bother w/ "serious" wine in America.

but i also know i can't afford the stuff i really like - so i keep my distance

the bottles i pictured were only 200 euro 4 years ago. one was considered an extremely off year but given that it probably never moved since 1964 after it was bottled down the street, it was fantastic. the 55 was spectacular

there are still some places in France with cellars like that - but they're quickly becoming depleted. Spain has plenty of bargains this good.
