Aspen

my dad is taking me an my brother to aspen at the end of feb, my dad has been once or twice but we really arent up on the dining and shopping scene. any suggestions on where to eat? it looks like we are going to try and eat at Nobu Matsuhisa's place but is there any where else we should try?

its a short trip, get in Thursday leave Sunday so we wont get to try each mountain, any suggestions on which one or two we should certainly hit?

thanks

Lots of great restaurants. Red Onion is a hole-in-the-wall local hangout / dive, with one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life.

Boogie's Diner is fun for the people watching. Last time we were there, I pointed out to my kids all the large men with earpieces spread around the restaurant. Half of the men were in navy blazers, and half were in Hawaiian shirts. We were trying to guess who was in the back room. Then Bill Clinton and Arnods Scwarzeneger (sp?) walked out arm in arm together laughing. What a pair.
