Winter wheel set suggestions

I am looking for winter wheels for next year. Fitment for an Subaru STI. 06-07 factory Brembo calipers, factory rotor sizing. I would prefer less spokes. When playing in the snow it gets cumbersome to constantly have to dig snow out of your wheels, and more spokes just makes it more difficult. So 5 spokes is preferred. 17 inches is fine for me. 18 inch snow tires are more difficult to find, but it is still open for suggestions.

The winter tires I am looking at are the Blizzak WS70 in a 215/50/R17. I am wanting to try what the WRC cars do in the winter, namely running tires that are super skinny to cut through the snow as much as possible. I am not dead set on this, as the tires will still have to work in the dry and the skinny tires would have drastically less grip in most non-blizzard conditions. The car will still be a daily afterall.

So width wise I do not know for sure. Which is where I am asking for input. I like the look of concave wheels. For summer I plan on running 18's.

Pictured is 18x9.5 +25 255/35

I plan on getting these for next summer from Prodrive. I still have a little bit of maths to do to make sure the size I am seeing will fit. I am not worried about the fender clearance, that can be adjusted. I don't want the wheels to be mexi-style so higher offsets are fine. I still love the concave look though, so I run into needing to find brake caliper clearance. I also like plain silver for wheels, and I am looking at blue for the car.

In the summer I am looking at -
18x9.5 +32 Advan AD08 245/40

I do tend to like Advan/Yokohama, or Volk/Rays, or Work wheels, ADV.1 I have been very impressed by the photos I have seen.

Anything anybody has any suggestions on?

If ADV.1 is listening they should make a TE37 look-alike with 5 spokes (instead of 6) with med offset deep concave in 17 inch.
