my dad had a 1000+ vinyl record collection. Now its down to about ~700

 

I would collect strip joints. I'd love to have a few in each country, thats almost cooler then Hugh Effner.

 

Yeah that would be sick. I'll definitely do that when I can afford it. I'm slowly building up right now but I wanna just splurge and buy every album I want haha. I hate going to the record store here and not buying everything I want lol.

I'd also probably collect guitars and shoes. Other than that, I'm not really a fan of a bunch of knick knacks. I'm with Jarod on that.

I have come very close to going all out on a vinyl collection. The ONLY reason I haven't is I am hoping I can get vinyl quality in digital (downloadable) format soon.

People may say if you keep waiting for new stuff you'll always be waiting, blah blah; I have had SOOOO many hobbies and wasted SOOOO much money throwing things out I just forced myself to stop doing it. You start to feel guilty after spending 10's of thousands of dollars on shit and then either giving or throwing it away. Rather give more money to charity every year.

I am sure Marc will agree with that, he is the biggest spending whore I know.
