I got a great local deal on it. I don't know if they ship or not, but I couldn't beat this deal with all the google searches I did.

Man with 3 mags you can sure burn through a box of ammo quickly! I am in love. Maybe because I wasn't shooting someone else's or a rental gun but it felt better than anything I have shot yet. I can't wait to shoot it more.

How often do you guys clean your guns? Every use or after a certain number of rounds?

I clean mine when they reach a certain dirtiness or won't be shot for a long time. It is not necessary to clean modern firearms after each use--just keep them lubed.

Better crappy iPhone pic. New grips arrived today. Love the feel of the aluminum, can't wait to shoot it now.

Great first and last gun! A P226 is my daily carry (albeit in the Blackwater / Tactical Ops version).

You'll love it.

so pretty. But in response to the ammo consumption from having 3 mags, just go ahead and buy some cheap russian or steel cased ammo for plinking and target shooting. I cant say anything on the guns ability to shoot such rounds reliably but Im sure it would be fine. Any one want to confirm my idea?
