NYC got its boot on the neck of another visiting CHL holder
First it was the Marine.
Now it's a medical student about to lose everything for trying to do the right thing.
And in case anyone didn't get the memo, US Constitution is null and void in NYC like CA.
Glad that some state government actually cares about their citizens.

I just wish they hadn't put that bit about speed limits at the end, and included the full faith and credit clause along with the Second Amendment.
Although speeding is a Class C Misdemeanor and is punishable by up to 30 days in jail.
