Sent off our Letters of Intent on the lease, setting up a meeting with the police chief next week, and luckily, my brother-in-law (a SWAT guy) is writing a reference letter for us.

Very exciting to say the least, but quite nerve racking!

Just found out 15 minutes ago, landlords for the property we want to lease Ok'ed our lease terms and are major gun nuts!! They agreed to super cheap terms under the condition (gentlemans handshake) that if they would like to order a weapon, we give them a great deal! Our lady we are dealing with at the bank was like "OMG! I totally love guns! I want to order a SIG 9mm!"

This is such a blast....

So far so good! We file our FFL ap and state permits next week, no issue with those, and then a meet and greet with police chief.

I have letters of recommendation from a current SWAT guy, a firefighter/paramedic and a Homeland Security Agent as to our outstanding character...

Father-in-law is even on board as an investor!
