Fnh scar 17s

I am with you, Chris.
Liked Sigs so much I became a Sig dealer.
I also have the Tac Ops.
Thinking about getting either the new Sig Patrol Swat 556 or the Classic SWAT - they have reduced the prices substantially.
I was really tempted to get a SCAR 16, but they are about double the price of these.

Got a chance to check out a SCAR today. It was a very comfortable to hold, like it felt just right. Needless to say, I was impressed. So much I almost bought it, but right now that wouldn't be a very wise purchase.
It has now become a very high goal of mine to purchase.

The SCAR 17 uses a proprietary magazine (like most 7.62 rifles). While there are tons of mil-spec M1A mags around, SCAR 17 mags are a little more limited. The SCAR 16 (which I have) uses any compatible M16/M4 magazine (I use P-Mags).

I had the chance yesterday to hold a SCAR and a ACR, side by side when I picked up my Sig556. I really liked both of them. If I had to choose, the ACR fit better on me, but darn it all, id take either!
(it was the 16 not the 17 by the way).
The guy almost had me buy the ACR, but got the look from the wife.... so I declined.
LOL
