Open Carry Event went without a hitch
Despite the initial threats by the fair organizers and the PD of arrests, over 20 people showed up with their sidearms unloaded and were able to pass out flyers educating people on their rights in CA.
In CA, outside of the school zone and govt buildings, you can openly carry an unloaded firearm with loaded magazine on you, but not in the firearms.
Stupid law, but until CCW becomes shall issue, which there are a few lawsuits going on, this is the ONLY option.
HGreen hits a home run A+ OC event.

Er, no.
But I am glad that there are people who are out ther eeducating people.
I prefer a CCW, and the cases should wind down soon with regards to "self defense as good cause."
This came right after the San Diego guy won a judgment against the PD for falsely arresting him for carrying "loaded firearms." I have a lot of respect for the OC folks and their efforts to educate the cops and the citizens on their 2A rights in 2A enemy territory.
