Of what you present, the 226 Blackwater is great, but so is the plain old 229. I'm not a fan of stainless- I like my guns to be as inconspicuous as possible. Another great Sig is the 220 SAO- 8+1, .45 ACP knockdown power and very accurate.
Pick up a Taurus Judge too. They don't cost much and are a pretty good home defense weapon.
