Precisely. Its cool, but if you don't do everything right, and your the smallest part of a mil off; you miss. Hell... not that any of us are going to be shooting at anything that far out anyways! But just because you can is good enough right?!

Very cool...
I've never tried 500m with a 16. Anything past 300 I used something else.

But I never shot less than expert! For us, 300m with iron sites was as far as we shot.

For us, 200m standing, 300m sitting, 500m prone. The target looks like a pinhead (about 1/4 the size of the front sight post) at 500m. Breathing right is ESSENTIAL.
