Can't wait for more updates! I guess I know what color combo you've chosen, but will not say any more word not to spoil all the fun!

Heyy Kris,

First of all, massive congratulations on the Huayra. It's not everyday that I get to see a Pagani owner sharing his excitement and in depth ordering/ownership experience on a public forum.

Been a silent viewer of TS for a long time, but this thread made me go and I just couldn't resist dropping by and voicing my good wishes.

Can't wait for the rest of the story to unfold!

FYI, we have an annual Pan-India Supercar event called the Parx Super Car Show. Hope to see you come down sometime with your cars.

Cheers,
Vish.

Pass all testing? Is it in transport yet?

Just a question, what was your experience with the brakes of the Huayra when you drove it? I just flipped open the newest Road and Track and they wrote "the brakes are satanic, with no feel and ultrahigh effort." It was the only negative thing in the whole review and probably the first real negative thing I've read about the Huayra. Maybe some others can chime in if they know of other complaints/compliments on the brakes.

It really is. In most of the reviews I've read, the marked weaknesses were the brakes (feeling braking) and the gearbox.

Examples: In the review by driving.ca (Canada) refers to these points; but it is in almost all other reviews.

Quote from the review by carmagazine.co.uk. Here mentions some elements that can be adjusted according to customer requests.

For the gearbox, I read somewhere, that their behavior is somewhat abrupt in sport mode. Do not know if it's the same way for comfort or automatic modes.
Anyway choice is more than justified, I do not see it as negative.

It would be very interesting what Kris can tell us; I think that is the most authoritative person right now.

Thanks!

The USA may not be quite on par with Europe, but we have many beautiful roads and scenic routes; My goal is to experience as much of it as I can. I happen to have good friends in the Nashville area so that's a definite.

Pagani has been operating on time or ahead of schedule! Testing is going well but there is still more to be done. They refuse to rush it (understandably so). Pagani has sent me many photos and videos which have only fueled my excitement / impatience! Lol Pagani Automobili and Prestige Imports couldn't be doing a better job!

Very interesting!!! Unfortunately, I don't have much seat time in the Huayra yet so I am not qualified to confirm or refute those statements.

I can confirm that I was told that the demo car is set up to be as soft as possible which is Mr Pagani's preferred setting. There is a wide range of tuning that can be done to the suspension, gearbox, brakes, etc. My car will be set up for the opposite end of the spectrum of the demo / press cars.

Hopefully I will have more to add soon. I appreciate all of your comments!
