I have a lot of respect for the car. But the price is just too much!

 

wow. cool car. too expensive. more driver oriented than a veyron for example but no prestige in my honest opinion.. especially for a million. thats alot of money. i'll take a pagani or koenigsegg over this any day.

 

Yeah that thing is nutso. But very cool. I don't care that it looks like a Lotus. It would be a blast to drive. But I agree...wouldn't pay that for one.

 

Why is it too expensive? It looks better and is faster than the Bugatti....or is it not?....is it just because its based off of a lotus?

The torque it has is insane. Great video.

EDIT: im not defending the price. Just wondering why everyone thinks its overpriced.

I can careless how fast it is, you can't compare it to a Bugatti, Bugatti has history/heritage, what the hell does Hennessy have

 

Its basically a "tuned" car. with different parts from many different manufacturers. it has a viper engine,lotus interior and exterior,ford GT gearbox etc etc.
It is a very very cool car in my eyes but it cannot be compared with masterpieces like Veyron,pagani and koenigsegg. The price is way too high. Nonetheless a very cool car.

And Ronins comments are hysterical, There is something seriously wrong with that guy.
