The PS part was just to explain the down force situation IF there was more air accelerated to the under side of the car, that it would create more down force. Im not saying that it is the case with this car.
But yes the wheels are designed to EXTRACT the air from the brakes out into the atmosphere.
Even though they look like doing the opposite.
How they do it, if its the angle of the spokes or some other air intake that flushes the hot air out through the wheels, im not sure of. But i will try to find out

Hmm according to that it really looks like the rims SUCK in the air and lets it out by the vent behind the wheels..
Would explain alot why the spokes are reversed then, and in that case my theory of lift increase and cooling in one stroke seems to be right.
