I'll talk to the mechanic at the dealership and see if what you suggested would work. Either that or I will have to buy a few drums of Sunoco fuel.
Same when I was QC. Some PetroCan stations had 94, no ethanol though.
But is it your 458 that requires 95? I'd bet that's RON, the euro octane rating. Which is equivalent to 91 PON, US octane rating.
More on this : Fuel ratings, RON, MON or PON?
If you're on boost and actually need PON 95, then nevermind.

Yeah, the best we get in Alberta is 91 at a couple of stations. But at least it's not ethanol blended. We can also get 94 but that IS ethanol blended. I dunno, I prefer my gas to be gas. In BC you can get 94 gas (not ethanol blended), but now they've got all these impounding laws which really suck......
Whatcha running for tune/mods that require 95? Usually tunes are set to the availability of the local gas. At least that's what I did (91, 93 and 100 [for the track] tunes on both the GT and the 911tt).
EDIT - was typing when you posted, and now I see that you indicate it's 95 RON. You'll be ok with the 91. If you bought your 458 locally (Calgary?) that's what it'll be set for. Try the 91 at Esso, in Alberta anyway I'm told it's not Ethanol blended. You'll have to check your individual pump to be sure though.
EDIT 2 - Are you in Calgary or E-town?

You're driving it RIGHT!!!!
On the track, I don't think my GT gets 4 mpg.....not like I measured it though.

Born in Edmonton but back and fourth between Vancouver because of my business. Honestly can't wait to get the hell out of this country though lol. What about you?

Born in South Africa, but raised in mostly Edmonton. Spent some time in Europe as well. Plus I go to Vancouver a fair bit as my best friend lives there.
But I'm stuck here (Edmonton) until my kids are in University at least......and that's a long way away yet......

No worries to be had. As italian as they can be, Ferrari wouldn't release a car that required every owner to stock up on jet fuel!

Darksider we have the same fuel here. 94 with ethanol or 91 from Shell without ethanol. All the guys that run boost around here run the 91 without ethanol from Shell and report the same findings you do between the 2.
I would go with Superfly on the 458 having at least 2 octane tables in its ECU as well. You can run either if you do so consistently. The ecu just needs time to learn. Of course if you've already seen a milage loss and smoke then the 94 blend will definately put you down on power. Just costs more anyway too! If you get stuck having to run anything other than 91 without ethanol just do your horse a favour and dont push it hard. Low rpms = low timing(light load cruise the exception of course) = no detonation on low octane gas
