[VID] Evo's Harry Metcalfe picks up his Zonda and heads to Sardinia

I'm just perusing through EVO's channel and found this gem.

Somehow these road trip videos are the ones that make my heart jump. Nothing like picking up a great car, and going places with it!

Yeah true those videos are the best, road trips, plus this up and personal thing. You feel like yout talk to the guy and also get a really good impression how it is owning one of those things. Great stuff!

That much beauty in one place is heavenly!

This makes me excited for my roadtrip in the South of France. I would go on roadtrips back home around the Rocky Mountains but we have such crappy and low octane gas here so a roadtrip becomes impractical.

You're in for a surprise ... Canada/US is MUCH better in terms of gas.

Granted I'm on a bike with a range of 140-180km, but more than once have I been forced to use lower grade gas ... or run dry! No issues, but still annoying.

This being said, the roads are phenomenal.

Check my signature, my blog has quite a few trip stories from southern France. :)

The highest octane gas you can get in Canada is 94 (at least where I live) and my car requires 95. The 94, which usually comes with 10 percent ethanol, messes with my engine and it gets worse mileage. I am considering importing higher quality fuel as a last resort now.

And I'll definitely check out that blog!

95? Are you boosted? Just run 91 shell, 94 exxon/petro/sunoco and a bottle of octane booster in each tank.

Same when I was QC. Some PetroCan stations had 94, no ethanol though.

But is it your 458 that requires 95? I'd bet that's RON, the euro octane rating. Which is equivalent to 91 PON, US octane rating.
More on this : http://www.btinternet.com/~madmole/R...RONMONPON.html

If you're on boost and actually need PON 95, then nevermind.
