But i still think the interior is fairly poor for such an engine - sure it saves weight but i at least want to be comfortable driving it!

You are paying for a lightweight car that has monster power - interior comfort comes second.

Depends on what you are looking for. This is not meant to be a GT like many other sports cars. It is a first and foremost performance car. You get this if you want pure performance. Top speed, acceleration, and handling. If it hurts performance for no real gain it was left off. The interior is nice for its intention. It will be one of the fastest, if not the fastest, supercar on a racetrack. If you are looking for on road comfort and on road performance the SSC Ultimate Aero(and replacement) and Koenigsegg are what you are looking for.
