Ralph Lauren's car collection to be shown at Paris
#21
Yes, that's correct - #055, #074 and LM3.
The footage you refer to was the second time he'd taken delivery of the LM though. Ralph originally purchased the LM in December 2004 and a few months after it was being serviced by the McLaren technicians in New Jersey who are stationed at the BMW Port of Entry. A test drive by the McLaren engineers is always customary when service work is completed to verify all systems are in perfect working order.
Apparently while being run at Englishtown the LM broke loose at the rear and crashed backwards into the track wall. Some witnesses to the incident shared the story online, along with a couple photos of the small pieces of the car that were recovered after the crash. However, those details were very quickly swept under the rug due to pressure from McLaren/Lauren - at least one person who relayed the story was threatened with their job. Luckily those of us who are paying close attention too the world of the F1 had already heard the news and saved the photos.
The video you are referencing was shot when the LM was returned from the UK after the repairs were made at the factory. One thing I noticed from the footage is Ralph takes a nice long look at the right rear of the car which was the area that was damaged. Of course no mention of these circumstances was made during that video - the impression was given that the LM was being delivered for the first time.
Here's a preview clip for the show where you can see a portion of the footage with the LM:
