some people in California with exotics have this tendency of NOT putting on a tag on the car.

it's not just cali, lots of ppl do it so their home cant be traced.

Can someone explain to me how they are getting away with no tags in California where they even require a front plate?

Do the police let it slide, or do they just keep paying the fines and it doesn't reflect on their driving record?

That's Bijan Pakzad's Veyron, its parked in front of his boutique. Pretty sure he got it from Sam Nazarian after his Reventon came in.
