I don't know if this is true or not but I just heard on another forum that their is a guy in arizona name Rob who claims to have a bugatti veyron gt. He claims his veyron is 1250hp and that he is the only person in the world with the gt package. He also said that it is a experimental package and he is testing it for bugatti. their is a video of it on youtube I think. just type in veyron gt.

I think there would be huge cooling issues if someone is trying to tune it more. That W16 is developing quite some heat

 

I thought the engine made 2 or 3k hp but lost all but 1k due to heat, and I also thought the car was limited to 253mph due to the tires.

 

IMO there is no need to tune a veyron. I would buy it because it is the fastest stock car on the planent. If you want something that is tuned, get a henessey viper. One R&T compared them to 200mph and the viper was faster. Plus I would hate to void the warrantY!

Absolutley false statement, Bugatti always tests all new things themself, it is just a nonsence, someone's wishful thinking. I will just smile, when that fake newsmaker will be owned, because if more powerful version of Veyron will come out, it will feature different name and specs, I can not say anything at this moment, but if rumored specs are true, it will be the king of all supercars ever.
