I can't see the Purs winning the next 2 games in a row. They may take the next game, but they certainly aren't taking the one in Miami after that if they do. They can win in Miami, there's no doubt there, but not 2 in a row. Bron Bron will not allow it lol.

When you start to decline you start showing glimpses of your old self every so often. Your boy Manu's performance has been steadily declining since the regular season. He just doesn't seem to have it. Maybe I'm wrong and if I am I will be the first to admit it. I just don't see it happening.
After all I'm an old guy too...but every so often. Bammm!!! Here I come and you young bloods better bring your A game

He's still a good player. Its not his skills that are parishing if you are watching the games. His performance or lack of are directly linked to his decision making. He is forcing the issue and trying to push his way into the offense. Its tough being in the expected role of "instant offense" off of the bench. Thats why 6th man of the Year is an award.

Anyways, I think he will have a good game in the Series. He just needs to slow down and think a bit more.

Manu Ginobili is still a very smart player, but unfortunately he has lost confidence in his game, not about physical problems. Parker and Duncan managed to win during the regular season, even with the poor performance of Manu, but these are the playoffs, now need to Manu, and Ginobili confidence is on the floor.

"I think that he's obviously not as confident as usual, and he knows full well he hasn't performed the way he would like and the way he's used to. But it's simplistic to say, `What are we going to do to get him going?" Gregg Popovich

"It's not that I've scored 30 a game this year," Ginobili said. "I'm surprised. I wish I could score more. But it's not happening. I got to try to do other stuff. I've got to move the ball. If the shot is not falling, I've got to be sharp feeding the bigs and finding the shooters. I don't have to force the issue. That's not what I do. That's not what I'm asked to do."

"We've always looked at him very similar to our guy, to Dwyane," Spoelstra said. "And what makes him probably most dangerous is the unpredictability, his ability to be aggressive and do things on the court that aren't necessarily scripted. That's where he's most dangerous

Spurs’ Eggs Are In Ginobili’s Basket

He never, surrender before.

I have tons of respect for the spurs as an organization. The only one that rubs me a little wrong is that towel waving third string guard that's obnoxious as hell but putting aside Tango's nationalistic fervor for his countryman I still think he's past his prime and his skills are eroding

Hi,

Patty Mills is faaaaaaaaaaaaaaar from obnoxious! It's a guy who did the right thing stayed in school and has incredible team loyalty. Not his fault the American media has beat it up into a 'big deal'.

Just thought I'd mention that, while we're talking nationalistic fervor............

Cheers,
Nik

Oh God, someone else than me noticed that towel swinging ass hole!!
I hate him, if I was in the the opposing team I would hurl a ball at his fuggin face.
I mean come on, one can get excited of there is a great play or finish, this fool swings towels when they lead 2-0 in the first second of the first quarter.

Is he even on the team ?
