I hope the owners win. Players don't play and this spearheads a tumble of all professional sport salaries. That could be a win win win for all but the players.

They all move the money around on the books and claim their team is losing money. It helps them raise ticket prices, negotiate contracts, etc. Don't forget that the owners buy teams as an investment. Most of them are businessmen first and care about winning second. If they were all losing money then people wouldn't buy in.
