it's C R A Z Y !!! they have a 150% money back guarantee (100% cash, 50% disc on next purchase) and one of my friends uses it a LOT so the website is not a scam and if you guys remember when i first asked about tickets i mentioned it as the one which seems to be the safest! my bro emailed/called yesterday and they didn't reply
so today i spoke with my bank (they bought tickets with my visa) and i told them i want to dispute the charges made to my card. they said they can only file a report and contact the site after deduction for re-payment. i said fine, got the form by email (it is the weekend locally).
so i sent an email to the site telling them i am disappointed and will dispute the charges. they emailed back with their german rep's number!
now, as we speak, my bro is waiting for the tickets to arrive and will pick them up from the guy's hotel physically. my bro just spoke with Hani (graytt) who is using the same merchant.
rep called my bro told him it seems like he is the final customer and i should be able to update you guys within the hour with HOPEFULLY the good news that this sh1t is all over and they're all on their way to the Allianz!
edit: they are literally the two biggest kuwaiti fans i know of. so this story, if it has a happy ending, is just going to add to the awesomeness of their trip once all is said and done.
