^^ lol. I still laugh everytime I watch his penalty haha
You know, I think what changed is that the motivation has finally left the team. And it was only a matter of time. You see, the amount of motivation it takes to win just ONE title (like La Liga, CL or the cup) is mental. The amount of motivation it took for Barca to win so many titles spread out over many years is something I thought was impossible. It's only a matter of time that your motivation drops once you have already achieved everything and won everything. For example with Inter it happened immediately after the tripple with Mourinho.
Generally, if a team wins everything, in order to keep the players motivated you need to make some changes and sell some of the old players and buy some new. The time has come for Barca. I don't see the same glow in their eyes and sacrifice on pitch as they used to deliver. And I totally understand why. It goes without saying that someone who has never won the CL wants to win it more than someone who's held it up 3 times already.

Forgive me, I'm drawing a blank. Which Arsenal-grown players/stars have been harvested by other teams?

justin i'll get you a pic of the current jersey collection me and my bro have
as for pep coming to chelsea i personally wouldn't want him to come although i respect him a LOT and have always praised his press conferences and his attitude on/off the pitch. i'm sorry how this is going to sound but he is unproven
much like Di Matteo if i'm honest, yes they are doing incredibly well but what chelsea needs is NOT a motivator but a guy who will rebuild the squad. barcelona were a complete team when pep took over. NO i am not saying anyone could've done what he did BUT MANY could have with that team
tbh i think FCB and the fans are overreacting if they think it's the end of the world for them to be beaten by RM and knocked out of the CL in the same week; give me a break it's football! this reminds me of the train ride back to london from manchester where 2 manutd fans were so disappointed chelsea beat them at home 1-2 that they were saying SAF is 'too old' and 'negative' and he can't 'give anything more'
AVB tried to do what i am sure Pep will try as well, AVB was unsuccessful because of his choices, which i thought were wrong given the circumstances. i mean putting aside lamps so much when he can be utilized in the way he is now being utilized is just crap managing even if he wanted to build a team for the next 2-3 yrs
what is important for chelsea is to get a guy like modric, a guy like Bale -hmmmmmmmmmm if to'num don't qualify for CL- in midfield. speed and athleticism like ramires' but with more creativity and we'll be ripping that left side like it's nobody's business REGARDLESS of who's managing imho

It`s gonna be like hell broke lose just about anywhere...
The Leopoldstrasse will be crowded like in WM times and public viewing areas are a nice place to watch the game..
I guess I`d rather go to a Biergarten to watch the game than to a bar...afterwards,the result will decide what happens
