i think barcelona fans are taking it too personally because torres scored
chill, chelsea we were still through on that 2-1 result. he just made chelsea fans happy because HE out of everyone scored
anyway i am so not okay with how the british press is handling that terry idiocy. it is one thing for di matteo to "excuse" him and not be angry with him, but for the press to turn a blind eye is not good for english football imho
i just watched the highlights again and lamps was asking terry "what happened" when he handed him the captaincy band .. i would love to hear a piece of frank's brutally honest opinion immediately after seeing the replay
the last thing i think any chelsea fan would want is for us to turn into *insert the usual suspects* when it comes to acting like a bitch to the ref. that said, kudos to drogs for handling the unfair treatment with that penalty well. as well as frank's reaction to that girly messi shove to the chest which didn't even misstep lampard
Steve, when i said fabre is an ahole since arsenal i was referring to when it comes to frank in particular. when that fight broke in the FA with Mikel and what's his name

I'm 22 and I still think this is the wrong way to win a semifinal!
I dont understand how u guys can be so proud of your team.
I hope Bayern will show u guys tonight how u FIGHT against these 2 spanish giants without just defending like stupid and playing for time the hole game. thats a lack of sportsmanship in my opinion.
And If Real makes it to the final, I hope Chelsea shows us that they can play good football aswell.

I love Arsenal and Barca because of the skill and possession game that they've always played, and I hate teams that just drop back and try to withstand the storm, and then counterattack. It's bit us a lot. But that is a legitimate tactic in football (and in any head to head meeting, battle, business, basketball, etc.)
If you want to talk about playing and being versatile, maybe it's Barca who need to figure out a way to beat teams who have figured out a way to beat them. And I've got no problem being critical of teams I love.

Ah, so because many people have one opinion it must be true? Classic example of Post hoc ergo propter hoc - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A long time ago, most people thought the earth was flat as a pancake and that Hitler would be a great leader for Germany.

I do hate it, but that doesn't mean it's not legitimate or deserved. The coach and players are getting paid for one thing: to win. If they don't do everything at their disposal, then they TRULY don't deserve to be there. The other team has to find a way around it.
Also, I feel that Chelsea got super lucky... so there's that too

The bottom line is Barca failed to finished at Stamford Bridge and They failed to finished at the Camp Nou.
Look, if Barcelona had beaten Chelsea in the first leg, it wouldn't have come down to a aggregate. Barcelona under achieved and was outclassed by Chelsea.
Messi, who is widely considered the best player of this generation, choked. The chances were all there, but Chelsea defended their freakin hearts out and were able to embarrass us on our own home field. They deserve all the praise and all Barcelona needs to do is look in the mirror.
Did luck play a role? Of course it did... but luck plays a role in every freakin professional sports match. Like I said earlier, great teams overcome bad luck and Barcelona was not a GREAT team this season.

^ yes, of course. Barcelona had enough chances to score more goals. And made huge mistakes in the defense. I really dont wanna say that it wasn't Barcelonas own fault.
