Big day for Chelsea today. I have a feeling that if we dont do well today, AVB will get the sack.

 

i really am starting to think he is not up for it
yes the team and players SUCK and they have done so MANY MANY MANY times and for extended patches since Mourinho left, but still, maybe he is not up for it although he brought in good players and the team is in transition

he is doing everything right imho
but maybe he is not up for it?

and if i am honest, i don't expect nor want chelsea to win the champions league because i want RM to do it so that Mourinho can win them a double and come back to the PL already!!

 

I think it's only a matter of time before AVB gets the sack. Ever since Mourinho left the team hasn't been the same. I wonder if they can find someone to turn it around again...

 

I think AVB is a good manager, the problem is he doesnt have 2-3 years to prove it. He's dealing with an old team, with players that are spoilt to a certain extent and probably arent that open to new ideas. If AVB can make it through this season, then the best possible thing he can do is have a major clearout, and bring in his own people.

If he does get the sack, then I think Roman will appoint someone for the next couple of months and then try and get Jose back.
